I have wonderful childhood memories of holidays with Auntie Eileen and the rest of the family. We played endless games of cards and board games including roulette! I wonder if Eileen enjoyed the games more than us children. Food was always plentiful and sometimes something new like Apple Snow! Later in my teenage years I was able to stay on holiday with a couple of girl friends. We would go out with a packed lunch that Eileen had made for us and come back to a wonderful hot meal and pudding of course. She was I think queen of hospitality. I also loved to go to Mass with her and Anne; it was very special to share our faith together.  They were special times with a special fun loving lady who always had a smile.  May she rest in the peace of Christ.
